Free Cantonese Senior Yoga
This 30 minute class, conducted entirely in Cantonese, is designed
to help older adults improve their activity levels and build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine. The class will include breath work, meditation, gentle stretching and relaxation. Classes are ideal for those 55+ but all are welcome. No experience needed.
