Yoga For School Setting
We offer created fun, engaging and interactive yoga classes for JK-G12, which are inclusive and can be easily adapted to suit the needs of the school and the students.

We would love to bring mindfulness, meaningful yoga program to all camp. It's ideal way to introduce children to this practice. In camp, children receive will be focused on appealing to abilities and interests at their maturity level. Children gain perspective and become more relaxed through the techniques and the philosophy espoused.
Mom & Crawlers Yoga
Crowed? Too Active? Congratulations Moms! Your baby now is crawlers!!! This one-hour long class is engaging and fun. Bring your crawling or walking babes to class. Get some stretch and movement through yoga poses. Have fun with your tots while doing yoga. At the end of class, enjoy gentle massage on moms back and shoulder to help moms relax.
Family Yoga for all ages
Family yoga class is a great opportunities for bonding time, learning together and teamwork while enjoying a fun and healthy activity. Families spend quality time with no cellphones, no IPADs, no other duties…
We'll explore different postures and sequences and play yoga games, while building confidence, self-esteem, and strong healthy bodies. We will practice how to focus and centre themselves though breathing and relaxation.
Older children will practice yoga, and younger children will participate or watch, each according to their own abilities.
Yoga For Childcare Setting
That starts with the littlest people!TYTP deliver sessions for children as young as 2yrs, through to 5yrs. We deliver shorter, targeted sessions with strong narratives that build self-confidence, promote kindness and positive self-image. We know at the end of the day, centres want happy families and families just want happy children, we can help you achieve that!
Mom & Baby Yoga
Mom & Baby Yoga classes are specifically designed for the postpartum body with sequencing focused on safely restoring the core and pelvic floor, building upper body strength, and stretching the shoulders, neck and back.
Expect a playful and baby-friendly environment where the babies are involved in some of the class.
