Christelle is a bilingual certified kids yoga and mindfulness teacher. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in community organizations, daycares, schools, and families in both French (her mother tongue) and English. The children she has tutored and her son have inspired her on that path. She likes to bring wonder and playfulness to her classes while conveying meaningful messages to foster well-being and mental health. She loves the peacefulness of nature & journaling.
Christelle est une enseignante bilingue certifiée de yoga et de pleine conscience pour enfants. Elle enseigne le yoga et la peine conscience dans les organisations communautaires, les garderies, les écoles et à la maison pour les familles, en français (sa langue maternelle) et en anglais.
Les enfants qu'elle a encadrés et son fils l'ont inspirée dans cette voie. Elle aime apporter l'émerveillement et le jeu dans ses cours tout en véhiculant des messages pertinents pour favoriser le bien-être et la santé mentale. Elle aime la tranquillité de la nature et de l'écriture.
